A Bit About Me
I am a retired Professor of Medieval Literature who taught for forty-eight years in New York City high schools and at Touro University. I also have a Ph.D. in Medieval Literature from St. John's University. I was also a Professor of Music History at City University of New York. As a classically trained musician, I spent most of my musical career as the leader of my own seventeen-piece big band in which I toured with all over New York State. I also worked frequently with jazz trios and quartets and played many clubs in the metropolitan area. In my theatrical career, I directed/music directed and conducted forty-five musicals.
I have written twenty-seven novels, twenty-two of which are Bradley Davison mysteries. I am currently at work on my twenty-eigth mystery. I live in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania with my wife, Carmela, my Golden Retriever, Zoey, and my cat, Pepper.
